Dressing Rooms:

None. Restrooms and concessions are located on the SE side of the stadium.

Camps:

Athletes are not aloud inside the school building or in any other athletic facilities at any time. Camps may be placed around the perimeter of the track beyond the concrete sidewalk on the East and South Sides of the stadium. We ask that you clean your camp area upon departure.

Rules:

UIL rules will govern eligibility and participation.

Scoring:

Relays: 20-16-12-8-4-2
(Throwers relay is non-scoring, although awards will be given).

Individual Evens: 10-8-6-4-2-1

Ties will be broken using the rules of the NHSTA.

We will be using Hy-Tek© to score and tabulate results. Event results will be posted behind the main stadium stands. Final team results will be posted on Direct Athletics and the Texas Running website (http://www.txrunning.com/).

Awards:

Trophies/Plaques for first three teams in each division.

Medals for first three finishers in each event. Athletes may pick up individual awards in the announcer’s booth after results are announced.

Runway & Surfaces:

Concrete shot and discus – Urethane runways and track (1/4” spikes only)

Entries:

Each team may enter (3) individuals in each event and (1) relay team in each relay event. You must enter your athletes on www.directathletics.com by Wednesday, Feb. 24^th by 5pm. Failure to do this will result in your team not being able to participate.

Entry Fee:

$75.00 per team (boys’ and girls’ teams are separate) **Maximum of $150

Note: We are NOT on Athletic Director Agreement- this is a booster club sponsored meet. Payment is due before your athletes will be allowed to compete.

Timing:

Video Timing will be used. All times will be recorded and submitted using F.A.T.

Blocks will be provided

Admission to Finals:

Adults - $2.00 Students $2.00

Concession Stand:

Concession stand will be open.

Lunch:

Lunch will be provided by TWHS for track coaches and meet workers only. You will need to pick up your meal tickets at the scratch meeting.

Scratch Meeting:

8:30am– 9:30am; Saturday, February 27^th for coaches only!
